City Time Plaza: Time to Work and Time to Relax

In the light of current decision of Moscow’s Mayor, Mr. S. Sobyanin, a brand new architectural complex, consist of the multifunctional concert hall and Moscow City Plaza (currently known as City Time Plaza) is being aimed to become a brand new center of public attraction, the landmark of Moscow, Russia, and it’s famously situated in the Moscow City district on Presnenskaya Embankment.

The whole concept of a Moscow City Plaza has been developed by joint effort of two main companies, the Fun Generations LLC., and GORPROJECT, CJSC. The Fun Generation is a core developer and the builder for the Multifunctional Concert Hall, MCH. The company envisioned the architectural and technological designs, which shall be the state-of-the-art project for the capital of Russia.

The Gorproject with its leading architect, Mr. Philip Nikandov and his team had won the architectural design contest for the MCH. They are also re-designing the old city plaza into new, modern plaza.  The pivotal aspect for both projects will be a totally new, innovating design with light displays for the MCH facades. 

A new city plaza has been designed as an open recreational space in the center of Moscow City Center, with concert hall in its center, offering the latest modern technologies to support the multifunctional aspects of recreational activities such as sport, mini pool vacation and concerts.  Hence, it shall promote a healthy lifestyle and enjoyable leisure time to Muscovites and its guests.
