Cordial Handshake
The article devoted to the headquarters of Astra International, one of the most prominent companies of Indonesia. The towers were created for Jakarta’s Central Business District and represent not only a brilliant sight to behold, but also functional and environmentally sustainable structure.
Astra International has been deeply involved in the Indonesian automotive industry, which forms the core of their business activity, for over 60 years with multilateral services including the importation of overseas reputable car brands, maintenance, repair, automotive component manufacture, and even development of own vehicles in their early career. Their enveloping role of the conglomerate with a corporate mission of “cooperation” brings together many businesses including automotive, financial services, heavy equipment, agribusiness, information technology, infrastructure, and Property.
Together with the three premium residential towers built in close proximity, Menara Astra is a part of a large mixed-use development with entire site area of 24.500 m2, which is Astra International’s first property project.
