Millennium Outpost
The company Mosinzhproekt has received permission to build a 108-story multifunctional residential complex on Plot 1 of the business center “Moscow City,” in the Presnensky district of the Russian capital.
The project was developed by the architectural bureau of Sergey Skuratov. The 281,600 square-meter complex will rise on a 0.8-hectare plot. With 108 floors above ground and three more below, the building will reach a height of 405.3 meters. Residential units will occupy 195,400 square meters over 88 floors, while four additional floors will be divided between office space and apartment units. In addition, two floors will dedicated to a shopping center, while fifteen floors will house technical rooms and office space.
The building will also include a sports and recreation complex with a swimming pool, children’s areas, and sports grounds. An observation deck is planned for the 4,000-square meter covered rooftop.
