Treasury of Istanbul

Situated at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Istanbul has long been an amalgam of cultures and a record of civilizations past and present. Today, the city is undergoing a dramatic transformation, especially at its expanding borders. Increasing global investment and abundant tourism are reshaping the city and region for generations to come. New communities and new infrastructure are developed to meet the growing needs of Istanbul. This re-imagination of the coast is also intended to reinvigorate this once popular seaside destination.

The Pearl of Istanbul is a large new development located in a natural cove on the fringes of Istanbul, tipped to become a vibrant cultural destination attracting locals and visitors from all over the world, and becoming a driver of prosperity in the region. Its greatest impact on Istanbul will be to provide a model of sustainable development for the quickly growing region.

The vision for the Pearl of Istanbul project is to create a forward thinking international destination for visitors, an integrated community for residents, and together, a model of sustainability in the form of a mixed use land and marina development.
