The Tack for the Modernization

The main event for the company «TATPROF » in 2011 was the implementation of major investment projects on increasing and upgrades production facilities.

First, it was the installation and launch of a new press facilities complex. There were involved the leading European manufacturers of extrusion equipment from Italy, Spain and Holland. The press complex P-200 is an advanced technical solution in the field of aluminum extrusion; it has no analogues in Russia. The press complex is fully automated and has a high level of security, preventing possible injuries. Commissioning of the new presses increase our production output by 30% compared to the present day. The second project is the installation of an automated line for the polymerpowder coating of aluminum profiles.

Its uniqueness is in automation: the preparation and coloring of product are manufactured in a fully automatic mode. All the mechanisms start working at the moment of occurrence in the vision field of equipment pendants with products on and off after the operation. Manufacturing cost of coloring is reduced by 30% and is one of the lowest in the industry. After the preparation of aluminum the coloring completes with the sewage neutralization process that provides ecological compatibility of output and its minimal impact on the environment. As a final step of the production chain commissioned a new finished goods warehouse that allows increasing its storage amount and reducing the vehicle load time. Shelf storage system allows placing in the warehouse up to 1,000 tons of finished products.
