Errors in Mounting of Window and Door Structure

In the last issue we told you about some production nuances of window and door structures with aluminium profile. But production of the product is only a half of work. It is necessary to supply it in object safely and install correctly.

A delivery of products from the plant into object is very important stage in the application of aluminium structures. Every structure must be carefully packed and obligatory interlaid with a soft material before transportation. All structures must be fixed in car body very well to avoid frictions during transportation. It is necessary to determine a storage place in object which would meet required parameters. It is desirable to place products under the shed, in separate place and obligatory put soft material between structures. The figure 1 demonstrates an inadmissible storage of the product: as a result of similar storage, the product, as a rule, has mechanical damages.

Now let’s consider a mounting process. Unfortunately, analyzing mounting works for window and door structure in some objects, it is absolutely incomprehensible on base of which document or drawings they were made. Or maybe mounters decided themselves to assemble the structure in that way.
