Blossoming Bud of Nanning
Nanning, capital of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, has the most prosperous economy in the whole of South-West China, there are six development zones and industrial parks, as well as a variety of processed agricultural products, which are then shipped across the province of Guangxi. It is also known as the “Green City” because of its abundance of lush tropical foliage.
The city borders with Vietnam, adjacent to Guangzhou, and located close to Hong Kong and Macau. This advantageous position makes it a commercial and communications center, misleading, China to Southeast Asia. Nanning – is a modern city-millionaire with convenient transport infrastructure.
Nanning Wuxu Airport and the city railway station are important nodal points for visitors from other countries and regions of China. In addition, in any of the other Chinese provinces one can go from five bus stations providing the movement of people across the country. Public transportation is convenient and at least in the city, where there are numerous buses and consumer grade taxi.
As well as all rapidly growing megacities of China, Nanning actively built up, including high-rise buildings. In the near future its the horizon will replenished with a new complex, erection of which has already begun on the draft of national architectural firm Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man Architects & Engineers (DLN). The complex named Logan Century Center, which includes the multi-purpose tower 369 meters (80 floors above ground), 5-storey shopping center with designer shops and 170-meter luxury residential complex with serviced apartments, combines functionality and elegance and could become a prominent architectural landmark of Nanning.
