Design projects developed for the eVolo Skyscraper Competition are futuristic and innovative, some of them will never be implemented, but some others - have a chance to be embodied in real life. Perhaps, the common feature of these works can be considered as a runaway flight of the authors’ imagination, which is always precedes emergence of new technological or scientific discoveries. Moscow architect Konstantin Elikhov has also submitted to the Competition his creative vision of the skyscraper of the future.

Architecture
Skyscraper “Heleos He-3” can be built in any big city of the world, the design is intended for harsh climate (draft skyscraper to be built in northern climates), in this case, in Moscow (in the place of the old station building). Skyscraper consists of three buildings in a single platform. Case height: A – 340, B – 440, C – 520 meters. The design of the building is made of metal plastic and glass; all three buildings have a number of technical and design differences. The skyscraper is used three types of power plants (on alternative sources of energy). Fire evacuation of the building is made of circles, which will fire the capsule is not in contact with the housing skyscraper, which has a maximum area of vegetation.

Form
Human history binds the form of a cone with housing and movement to the sun. The cone of the most cost-effective distribution of heat in the form. Scope of the architecture skyscraper (sun symbol) gives a sense of the sun in the storm, it will create a natural (not aggressive) resonance skyscraper on the environment.

History
Base design a skyscraper unusual. It allows you to keep all the historical facades and destination architectural buildings in construction.
