Currently, India is one of the most rapidly developing countries with annul average GDP growth about 5.5 per during the latest decades cent. Enormous population coupled with business boom have hipinged the construction industry. Lots of tall structures are being erected, including residential developments, in order to provide housing for millions literally against the clock; as a result often monotonous large scale housing estates appear. However, there are a good many, exciting (sometimes even stunning) projects underway here.

One of such projects comprising of 3,500 apartments is located in Pune. The city of about 3.5 million ihabitants is situated south-easterly from Mumbai just 150 km away. Pune is known for its educational facilities and relative prosperity. Pune has more than a hundred educational institutes and nine universities, and has acquired a reputation as “The Oxford of the East”, with students from all over the world studying at the colleges of the University of Pune.

Pune has more schools, colleges and universities than any other city in the world. Pune is the cultural capital of Maharashtra known for various cultural activities like classical music, spirituality, theater, sports, and literature. Pune has well-established information technology industry, and automotive companies setting up factories in Pune district making it “The Eastern Detroit”. These activities and job opportunities attract migrants and students from all over India and abroad, which makes for a city of many communities and cultures.
