Skidmore, Owings & Merrill have designed an elliptical new office tower in the heart of downtown Calgary. The 27-storey tower was unveiled by Manulife Real Estate and will be managed by the Calgary office of Pivotal Projects. It is destined for completion in March 2017.

Working with David Mirvish of Mirvish Productions, Gehry has designed a triplet of high rise towers in the place of three low-rise brick warehouse office buildings to house cultural, residential and retail outlets including the new OCADU campus and a gallery space for Mirvish’s art collection.
