The literal concept is dedicated to the Sri Lankan Cricketers that won the 1996 World Cup and is comprised of four cricket bat shaped structures with a cricket ball balanced between the handles. The team has selected Colombo as the location for this project.

Construction is underway for a new 61-storey residential tower in Boston’s historic Back Bay neighbourhood. Known as the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences at One Dalton Street, the $700m tower, designed by New York architect Pei Cobb Freed & Partners (PCF&P) with Cambridge Seven Associates, will house a 211-room hotel on the lower 20 floors with residences above.

AMP Capital has announced that Danish architecture studio 3XN will design the new 49-storey ‘Quay Quarter Tower’ in Sydney, as well as the masterplan for the Quay Quarter Sydney precinct. The project was won through an international competition in which two Pritzker Prize-winning firms were also in the running. Due to begin construction in 2018, the high-rise form will comprise 102,000 sq m of office space in close proximity to the renowned Sydney Opera House.
