The Alliance Group began preparatory works on its new exclusive project in Batumi – Alliance Privilege. The complex will be located in the Batumi Boulevard, on the seaside. It will feature ultra-modern architecture, and will include the five-star Marriott Hotel, as well as exclusive apartments.
Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) has unveiled its design for a new mixed-use project at Vauxhall Cross Island in Lambeth, a borough of south London known for the neighboring location of the headquarters of the British Intelligence Service MI6. The proposal comprises a 500-room Hilton hotel, 260 residences, 220,000 square feet of offices, a bus station, and an estimated 7,000 square feet of retail and dining. Connected on street level by a 10-story glazed podium, the complex will include 46- and 23-story towers. A timeline has not yet been confirmed.

It forms the eighth Raffles City development in China. Situated in Qianjiang New Town near Qiantang River, this mixed-use development becomes a major landmark along the green axis of the city’s new CBD. A rich mix of 24/7 functions occupies almost 400,000m2 within two streamlined towers set atop a podium and landscaped plaza.
Work has completed on Tribunal de Paris – a tiered skyscraper, designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano to become the largest law complex in Europe. It is not set to open until April 2018, but these photographs by Paris-based photographer Sergio Grazia show that the building’s structure is now complete.
Investment group Cytonn is set to build a three-tower complex in Nairobi’s Kilimani area, at the junction of Elgeyo Marakwet and Argwings Kodhek Roads. The tallest of the three towers will rise 35 floors and 150 meters, and the development will sit on a four-acre (1.6-hectare) piece of land.

Henning Larsen Architects, in collaboration with landscape architects SLA and BuroHappold Engineering, has been selected as the winners of an international design competition to design a new iconic skyscraper for the city of Manila, Philippines. Located within the Bonifacio Global City business district, ICONE Tower raises from a large public plaza as a dramatic spire, piercing the sky and becoming a new icon for the Manila Skyline.
