The article deals with the office development, which is the first joint venture between Amot and Gav-Yam, two of the largest investment and development companies in the region. The companies have managed to secure a rarely available central metropolitan site, conveniently located 180m away from Tel-Aviv’s largest train station. The project involves the conversion of the 1.8 hectare city-center site into two office towers with an overall area in excess of 160,000m², extensive commercial facilities and a generous split-level landscaped public space.

The book of the architect Rem Koolhaas «Delirious New York» was first published in 1978 and since that has been several times reprinted and translated into different languages. In Russia it was coming out in 2013 under the title “New York out of itself” in the publishing house Strelka Press. It is needed to mention that the book was translated into Russian language by the employee of Koolhaas office of OMA (Office for Metropolitan Architecture) - Anastasia Smirnova.

The article deals with the new project of Belgian architect Vincent Callebaut, famous by his futuristic projects focused on improving sustainability of large cities. The project will cover an area of 50,000 square meters and aimed at environmentally friendly reorganization of the old Marine Station, as well as the customs and warehouse complex Tour & Taxis, built in 1902 - 1907.

The development is situated in the center of Brussels and occupied 40 hectares.

Leeza Soho is the most recent of four project collaborations between Zaha Hadid Architects and Soho China that total 15 million square feet (1.4 million m²) of award winning office and retail space.
